The Airpark was developed in six phases and each have a separate set of CC&R's. The basics are a minimum living
space square footage, a wood type siding and once construction is begun, the outside must look completed within six
months. There is no minimum time to begin construction once you purchase a lot. Please be patient - it may take a
little while to upload.
